About Me

Washington DC born and raised, I moved to Austin for graduate school and like so many, fell in love with the city and made it my home.  I am passionate about my work and dedicated to providing the best possible service to my clients.  My practice combines psychology theory and technique with spiritual exploration and practice, and I specialize in Trauma Healing and Spiritual Empowerment.

My Approach:

The foundation of my psychology method is in DEEP Therapy, which stands for Dynamic Enriched Experiential Psychotherapy. This modality is rooted in attachment theory, neurobiology research, and relational in-the-moment processing.  I incorporate Internal Family System (IFS) elements and   mindfulness techniques into the process as well.  I am a Certified Life Practitioner through the Modern Mystery School and offer spiritual and energy services based on the school's tradition and technology.  With this Mind and Spirit approach I offer clients a holistic space to engage internally and externally in their lives.
